1. Introduction
Welcome to WeLook.cy (“WeLook”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, posting, or otherwise using our Services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us and you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Services: All websites, software, and services offered by WeLook.cy.
Platform: The WeLook.cy website where Users can connect.
User: Any individual or entity using our Services. This includes Buyers and Sellers.
Buyer: A User who posts a request for products or services through our Platform.
Seller: A User who offers or provides products or services to a Buyer.
User Content: Any and all information, including photos, text, reviews, and personal data, that a User submits, posts, or transmits on or through the Platform.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by the GDPR.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Security: To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of Personal Data in connection with your access to and use of the Services is described in our Privacy Statement. We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Statement, including the sharing of contact information between Buyers and Sellers to facilitate transactions.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will use the Services in a responsible manner and will not:
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Post, upload, or distribute any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, fraudulent, deceptive, or invasive of another’s privacy.
Use the platform for any purpose other than its intended use, which is to connect Buyers and Sellers for the legitimate exchange of products and services.
Create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, or use or attempt to use another’s account.
Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information about other Users without their consent.
Interfere with the proper working of the Services, bypass any security measures, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Post spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or chain letters.
Use the Services to find a Buyer or Seller and then complete a transaction independent of the Platform in order to circumvent any obligations.
We reserve the right to investigate and terminate your account without a refund or warning if you have violated these Terms.
6. User-Generated Content
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all User Content you provide. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that its posting does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any person.
License to WeLook.cy: By creating User Content, you grant WeLook.cy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the information and content that you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice, and/or compensation to you or others. You can end this license for specific content by deleting such content from the Services.
7. Platform Role and Interactions Between Users
Platform Only: WeLook.cy is a neutral platform that connects Buyers and Sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, contract, or agreement formed between Users. We do not hire or employ Sellers, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of the products or services offered.
Vetting: Users are responsible for their own due diligence. While we may provide tools to assist you, such as reviews, you are responsible for vetting and selecting an appropriate Buyer or Seller. WeLook.cy does not perform background checks on Users.
Disputes: Any disputes, including issues with quality, payment, or delivery, must be resolved directly between the Buyer and Seller. WeLook.cy has no obligation to mediate or adjudicate disputes between Users.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including our website, logo, trademarks, and all associated software and content (excluding User Content), are and will remain the exclusive property of WeLook.cy and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELOOK.CY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WELOOK.CY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (c) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER USER.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF WELOOK.CY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO WELOOK.CY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeLook.cy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting on our website or notifying you via email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus.
